Somebody likes to drive down Surry Place and throw out beer cans and beer bottles. I find them in my front yard all the time

Never had beer bottle problem but for some reason candy wrappers

They blow in from somewhere

Doesn't that happen everywhere?

Yeah that is just life in town. Had a few houses in a few towns in my life. Always a new piece of litter, best to just clean it up and don't think about it too much. Unless its a real problem, more than a random piece of litter every few days.

I once had some neighbors that lived a few houses down and they would regularly place their full trash bags on their front porch. Inevitably they would get ripped open, and the trash would blow down the road and land in peoples yards. Went on for awhile before the city got involved.

I don't know why some people enjoy littering someone else's property. I once set up security camera to track who was throwing trash in my property. I managed to capture in the camera but the face was not identifiable.

I've generally not had any problems with finding litter on my property or anything, aside from the occasional wrapper or something that might float in from the sidewalk or something. Not a big problem for me, but maybe consider some security cameras or something if you think there might be an ongoing problem?

My husband and I haven't seen any litter in our yard. I don't understand why people cannot clean up after themselves! I don't know if they get drunk and see it as a prank, but it is not funny. How often does this happen?

Man this reminds me of the times I would go out and get drunk with my best friends as a teenager. But we never littered. We were decent enough to throw our trash away, we certainly didn't want our parents to see the bottles so we'd throw them away in a dumpster behind Walmart since we'd drink back behind the Walmart man those were some good times lol.
